Here are a Few People who Have Helped Me

There are so many acknowledgments and people whom to thank.

Here I have listed one or two of the many people who helped me in the initial stages of studying and working with horses and so created a foundation block of understanding from which to work and build from.

They are all experts in their own right and have contributed and helped so many.

The work of each one of them is worth studying. There are many more people who’s work has helped me but these were the first foundation blocks that I studied. From here you can go on and explore further the many different individual fields which make up natural horsecare.

Jaime Jackson

To Jaime Jackson for his many years of work and study of the wild horses. For all his material which has made it possible for many of us, miles away and on different continents to learn how to keep our horses barefoot and trim their hooves and so making it possible for us to ride and keep them barefoot.

The depth and details that he has explored and the problems he has questioned and tried to find answers to makes keeping horses barefoot a possibility now, for so many of us worldwide. His material is second to none, yes there is other great material out there and by studying it all, ones depth of knowledge will become immense.

But if you study only his work, you will be well on your way towards successful natural horsecare.

Pat and Linda Parelli

I struggled for a long time withe the training of our horses – I was always searching and reading but never quite getting there. Then finally I opened my eyes a bit more and found Parelli’s work.

All my gut feelings were answered.

Their work with the training of horses is quite outstanding. I do not know quite how to thank them in just a few words. Throughout this site we will gradually be adding all the work we are doing on the horses here and show you how we have incorporated Parelli’s training methods.

Their material is outstanding and well worth reading and watching.

Dr. Robert Cook

To Bob Cook for his tremendous in depth study and research on bits and all the side effects they can have and then for his designa and patented ‘Bitless Bridle’. This bridle has made it possible for many of us, all over the world to be able to ride without the use of a bit – a tremendous achievement.

To find problems and then try and work out the cause of these problems can be difficult enough. But to then a find a solution:-

  • that works

and then make this solution possible for all of us to benefit from, all over the world is quite an achievement.

This is what Dr. Bob Cook has done for us all. He found a solution with his bridle design and then shared that solution and idea by creating a bitless bridle for everyone to use world wide.

We owe it to him to buy his bridle and support him and his organisation.

Mark Rashid

To Mark Rashid for his books and stories. His story telling through his books gives one a message and an understanding of horses in a very easy readable way.

For his work and his honesty about himself and how he worked though his problems with horses.

Bob Proctor

To Bob Proctor who first taught me how to think properly. His work kept me on track and when I had doubts and became frightened, his work helped me persist, go back to work and study more.

He taught me how to believe and dream in what I was trying to achieve, which felt sometimes like the impossible.
