That was how I learned in the beginning, too — when I started out there was nothing. I made a lot of mistakes but I always thought my two horses were better off with my “learning mistakes” than with shoes.

I think the paddock paradise works better in a drier climate. My guys lived in one for a couple of years and seemed to love it, but they were drought years here. Now they are in an outdoor paddock at a barn and it does get muddy! (Here in eastern US we average 1 meter of rain annually.)

I love that your horses have been able to hunt barefoot. That’s a true success story.

Yes I intend to keep him barefoot. I have a barefoot trimmer coming for the first time on Sunday.

I am along with many others it seems awaiting your e-book on barefoot trimming.

I would really like to do it myself, also the trimmer i have found only visits the county once a month.
